Senior International Sourcing & SFN Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics technology company in their search for a Senior International Sourcing & Fulfillment Network Manager. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire partner lifecycle across UK, EMEA, and Australia markets.

In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end sourcing of new fulfillment nodes across UK, EMEA, and Australia—from market intelligence and operator identification through assessment, commercial negotiation, and contract execution
• Maintain a live operator pipeline and tracking system aligned with forecasting indicators and building requirements
• Complete comprehensive due diligence on all international operator assessments with region-specific considerations
• Conduct in-market site visits for competency assessment and audit purposes
• Drive cross-functional sourcing efforts that align with business objectives and ensure multiple options in all regional activities
• Lead commercial conversations with international operators through MSA negotiation and execution, identifying non-standard clauses and working with legal teams to resolve
• Confirm all contracts meet ramp needs while maintaining commercial viability
• Manage the ongoing operational relationship with all UK, EMEA, and Australia partner sites including SLA tracking, quarterly business review preparation, and first-line escalation for operational issues
• Coordinate closely with operations teams on partner improvements, productivity enhancement, and compliance with operating standards
• Issue and manage performance improvement plans for underperforming partner sites
• Conduct planned and unannounced site visits based on risk profiles
• Deliver monthly network health reports covering all international nodes including certification, compliance status, and partner profitability

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in third-party logistics, fulfillment network management, real estate sourcing, or directly related field within UK and EU markets
• Deep familiarity with the UK and EU logistics and 3PL operator landscape
• Proven track record managing complex commercial negotiations with logistics operators or landlords to successful outcomes
• Experience managing partner or supplier performance against defined frameworks, including issuing cure notices, running improvement plans, and making exit recommendations when necessary
• Ability to assess current market dynamics and operator environment
• High commercial maturity with ability to hold position in negotiation and represent commercial interests without requiring escalation for standard issues
• Exceptional data and reporting discipline
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across UK, EU, and Australia for site visits and partner meetings
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with expert communication abilities spanning various stakeholder backgrounds
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and manage ambiguity
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills with ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent English communication, both written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom with required travel across EMEA
