About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential design services organization that delivers creative solutions across digital, print, branding, and web platforms for international clients. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their Morocco-based operation. This role offers the opportunity to lead creative projects, mentor emerging designers, and integrate cutting-edge tools into professional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute diverse design assignments including digital, print, presentation, branding, and web UI projects
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to develop their creative skills and career growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective design solutions for clients across multiple industries
• Integrate AI-powered tools into design workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output
• Lead training sessions and skill development initiatives for the design team
• Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards, brand guidelines, and project-specific requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or art direction with demonstrated ability to execute high-level creative projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across multiple platforms and media types
• Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior designers with passion for talent development
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding systems
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments with ability to incorporate feedback constructively
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
