Senior Marketing Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential vertical software organization seeking a Senior Marketing Designer based in India for a remote position. Our client operates in the digital platform space and is looking for a design professional who can deliver polished, on-brand marketing assets across multiple channels.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high creative standards. You'll work closely with marketing channel owners to transform campaign briefs into effective visual assets across web, email, paid media, social, and sales collateral.

Responsibilities

Creative Execution & Production

• Design marketing campaign assets across email, paid media, social media, and landing pages
• Translate campaign and creative briefs into effective visual concepts and finished deliverables
• Balance speed and quality while managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Create design work across diverse formats including website visuals, email marketing assets, paid social and display ads, social graphics, and presentation materials
• Deliver production-ready files that are clean, organized, and easy to adapt across channels

Brand Stewardship

• Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all creative work
• Make informed design decisions around layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, and channel-specific best practices
• Maintain and improve reusable design systems, templates, and creative patterns
• Review work carefully for accuracy, polish, and brand alignment before launch

Collaboration & Feedback

• Partner directly with channel owners to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and success metrics
• Manage stakeholder feedback effectively, organizing revisions and keeping projects moving forward
• Provide thoughtful design recommendations based on brand standards, user experience, and channel performance
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and other internal teams across the business

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in-house or agency environment supporting marketing teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing design across digital channels
• Experience designing direct response assets with understanding of testing methodology
• Proven ability to design within established brand guidelines
• Track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience designing for performance-oriented channels including email, paid social, display, and landing pages

Design Craft & Tools

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills
• Experience creating reusable templates, components, and design systems
• Understanding of channel-specific specifications and best practices
• Ability to prepare clean files for handoff and implementation
• Basic understanding of web, email, and responsive design principles

• Strong communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly
• Comfortable asking clarifying questions when briefs are unclear

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for multi-brand organizations
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/ESP platforms
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or web design
• Experience with project management tools
• Motion, video, or light animation capabilities
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms
• Proven experience collaborating with US-based business teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Work Requirements

• 8-hour workday (excluding breaks) with 4 core US hours overlap (7:30pm–11:30pm IST) and 4 flexible hours
• Quiet workspace with stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
