Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential DevOps platform organization seeking a Solutions Engineer for their London office. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office and two days remote. In this position, you will:
- Engage directly with strategic customers and prospects to guide them in building robust and secure DevOps and software development processes
- Support technical selling motions and contribute significantly to the customer journey, building technical wins and internal championship
- Showcase technology and success stories at industry events and conferences
- Provide customer feedback to influence product features and roadmap development
- Stay current with the latest technology trends in the DevOps and DevSecOps landscape
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to demonstrate technical and business value to customers
What We're Looking For
Our client needs a technically skilled professional who can bridge the gap between complex DevOps solutions and customer success. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of experience in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering positions
- Proven experience building relationships with customer champions and senior stakeholders
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, git integrations, and build tools
- Practical knowledge of AppSec tools including SCA, SAST, SBOM Management, and Container Security
- Ability to design and build software pipelines using various DevOps tools
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with agentic development workflows and understanding of related technical elements including LLMs, MCPs, skills, and prompts
- Previous software development experience is considered an advantage
