Rider Onboarding Associate – (6 Months FTC)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential logistics technology client seeking a Rider Onboarding Associate for a 6-month fixed-term contract in London. This field-based role involves significant travel across the UKI region to build and maintain the supply side of a dynamic marketplace.

You'll work directly on the ground sourcing and onboarding delivery riders, ensuring the platform maintains adequate fleet capacity to meet customer demand across Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, and London.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person onboarding sessions by traveling across the UKI to lead face-to-face rider enrollment and support regional onboarding hub operations
• Secure hyper-local supply by targeting and resolving rider shortages in historically difficult-to-source areas to maintain consistent fleet coverage
• Manage seasonal demand by executing targeted supply plans for peak trading periods to stay ahead of platform requirements
• Optimize onboarding processes by partnering with supply and operations teams to eliminate bottlenecks and refine demand forecasting
• Enhance the rider experience by collaborating with engagement teams to improve value propositions and serve as subject matter expert for onboarding systems

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Proven experience in fast-paced environments such as technology start-ups, food delivery, logistics operations, or direct experience as a delivery rider
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously, use your own initiative, and adapt quickly to changing field conditions
• Strong empathetic listening and communication skills with ability to influence diverse internal teams and external applicants
• Valid UKI driving license and willingness to travel extensively, including early mornings and late evenings, to support field operations

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic
• Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Looker, and Salesforce

Contract details: 6-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension. All travel, mileage, and accommodation expenses will be fully covered.
