Responsibilities

In this role, you will execute the full proposal lifecycle from initial receipt through final delivery. Your day-to-day work includes:

• Partnering with sales, service, marketing, consulting, legal, and other departments to develop comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Analyzing costs, risks, and benefits of proposed contracts and pricing proposals accordingly
• Creating graphics, writing and editing content, proofreading, formatting, and maintaining version control throughout the proposal process
• Ensuring all submissions comply with both client guidelines and internal organizational standards
• Communicating with cross-functional team members to meet milestones and address critical win themes
• Maintaining and updating a database of approved proposal content
• Managing timelines to ensure thorough, efficient, and timely proposal submissions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in proposals, business writing, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail in proofreading and formatting
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Organizational skills to manage multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with document creation, version control, and content management
• Analytical mindset for reviewing contract terms, pricing, and compliance requirements
