About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cultural organization in Stuttgart that produces an internationally recognized annual event. Our talent team is seeking an IT Support professional to join their operations starting mid-October 2026. This position can be structured as either a mini-job or working student role (approximately 8 hours per week), depending on the candidate's situation.
Responsibilities
- Provide active support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices including laptops, PCs, printers, and peripherals within the company network
- Assist with planning and execution of software and hardware rollouts
- Support implementation of regular security updates
- Deliver hands-on technical support to team members across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Formal training or studies in IT are helpful but not mandatory—we value practical knowledge and willingness to take ownership
- Initial experience in IT support, application administration, or software projects (through internships, side jobs, or university projects)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and common hardware/software solutions
- Basic understanding of networks, printer systems, and peripheral devices is advantageous
- Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
- Ability to work approximately 8 hours per week with flexible scheduling; regular on-site presence in Stuttgart is preferred
