Mitarbeiter Buchhaltung (m/w/d) – Minijob

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential legal practice in Stuttgart seeking support with accounting functions on a minijob basis. This role can be performed flexibly from home and focuses on two core areas:

• Client-related accounting: posting client payments, allocating revenue to cost centers, identifying and transferring third-party funds, preparing fee statements for independent professionals, and submitting monthly results to the external tax advisor
• Pre-accounting (financial bookkeeping): collecting, sorting, and verifying incoming invoices and receipts for completeness, reconciling collected documents with business accounts, and preparing complete documentation for the external tax office (which handles VAT returns, management reports, profit calculations, and tax filings)

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training (e.g., commercial clerk, tax clerk, accountant, or comparable qualification)
• Solid knowledge of accounting, ideally gained in a professional services firm
• High degree of diligence, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive data
• Confident use of standard accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Willingness to adapt to digital workflows and processes
