Provisioning Associate

About This Role

We are representing a confidential healthcare services organization in their search for a Provisioning Associate to join their operations team. This is a fully remote position within the United States.

In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between multiple departments—managing user provisioning, system access, and credential tracking for a contact center environment. You'll work directly with Operations, IT, Training, Project Management, and Recruiting teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire IDs and manage offboarding procedures for client systems
• Submit, track, and escalate issues related to agent-client credentials
• Maintain accurate roster information across multiple platforms
• Manage attrition tracking within Workday and QuickBase systems
• Handle cleanup of PHI (Protected Health Information) in compliance with privacy requirements
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on provisioning activities
• Analyze issues quickly to determine root causes and implement solutions
• Manage multiple priorities with appropriate escalation and follow-through
• Provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders and maintain contact center processes

What We're Looking For

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (you will be required to pass an Excel assessment)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask effectively
• Customer service orientation with ability to influence and negotiate
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent issues and prioritize appropriately
• Experience working with IT Service teams
• Workday, QuickBase, or database experience preferred but not required
• Contact center or BPO operations background is a plus
• Project management skills are beneficial
