About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern to join their finance team in Bordeaux. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting budget development, financial reporting, and strategic analysis in a fast-paced growth environment.
As an FP&A Intern, you will work closely with the finance team to produce reliable financial data and reports, participate in monthly reporting cycles, and assist with ad-hoc analyses and projects. This role offers meaningful exposure to corporate finance processes and the opportunity to contribute to key decision-making materials.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of monthly reporting including operational KPIs and financial statements
- Support the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Contribute to Board of Directors materials and executive-level financial presentations
- Assist with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and special projects such as pricing model reviews and financial tool improvements
- Collaborate with the finance team to structure and optimize financial processes
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Finance program (or equivalent) at a French school
- Available for a 6-month internship starting January 2027 in Bordeaux
- At least 5-6 months of prior experience in Corporate Finance, Audit, or financial consulting
- Excellent command of English; French is a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent mastery of Google Suite tools, particularly Google Sheets (or Excel equivalent)
- Team player with strong accountability and ownership mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Must provide an internship agreement from your French school
