Accounts Payable / AP Senior Analyst (x/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking an Accounts Payable Senior Analyst to join their AP Processing team in Paris. Reporting to the Working Capital Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for the supplier cycle, processing approximately 1,500 invoices per month.

Your scope will cover invoice and payment processing, managing internal and external requests, supplier account monitoring, month-end closing activities, internal controls, and contributing to continuous process improvement through automation and AI.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing supplier invoice processing from receipt to validation, ensuring data control, accounting coding, purchase order reconciliation, and anomaly resolution
• Preparing weekly payment batches in SAP and contributing to reliable payment forecasts for Treasury
• Providing support for internal and external requests via ticketing systems on various topics (blocked invoices, account discrepancies, disputes, etc.)
• Controlling and validating corporate card expenses and expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality of accounting coding
• Contributing to month-end closing activities, including supplier account variance analysis and provision controls, as well as internal control activities
• Supporting the evolution and reliability of AP processes by monitoring AI agent processing, tracking performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment with high invoice volumes
• End-to-end mastery of the Procure-to-Pay process, from invoice receipt to payment
• Strong analytical skills to identify anomalies, manage complex situations, and propose concrete solutions
• Autonomous, rigorous, and capable of managing priorities effectively
• Clear communication skills with Finance, business, and supplier stakeholders in an international environment (professional English proficiency, written and spoken)
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, Pivot, Spendesk, and Concur

Preferred qualifications:

• Interest in generative AI and its practical applications in invoicing processes
