Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food and beverage organization seeking a Product Developer to lead the technical coordination of product development from concept through market launch. In this role, you will:

• Manage go-to-market project coordination for new products—from initial concept through formulation, packaging, and launch—serving as the central point of contact throughout the process
• Own business case execution, ensuring timeline and specification adherence while providing regular status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to senior management
• Lead recipe optimization for existing product portfolio based on market trends, customer feedback, and cost efficiency initiatives in coordination with product leadership
• Coordinate implementation across suppliers, production partners, and internal departments including regulatory, quality assurance, and supply chain teams
• Identify process gaps, systematically evaluate completed product launches, and continuously improve go-to-market processes

What We're Looking For

• Deep knowledge of product development and formulation within FMCG or food industries, including raw materials expertise and formulation principles
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional development and launch projects within go-to-market frameworks
• Strong command of project management methodologies and tools, with experience reporting at management level
• Excellent coordination abilities and structured, results-oriented working style capable of managing multiple parallel projects
• German language proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Experience in food product development, recipe formulation, or related technical roles in consumer goods
