About the Role

As an Associate Relationship Manager in CRE, you'll serve as a key point of contact for institutional and commercial clients navigating the real estate investment and leasing landscape. You'll combine relationship-building with deal support, working alongside experienced teams to deliver comprehensive advisory services. This position offers exposure to capital markets, portfolio strategy, and complex transactions—ideal preparation for advancement into senior relationship and leadership roles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers in commercial real estate
  • Support transaction workflows including due diligence, market analysis, and deal documentation
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform client strategies and proposal development
  • Coordinate communication across internal teams—investment advisors, capital markets specialists, and operations—to ensure seamless client service
  • Manage client inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Participate in business development activities and industry networking to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in preparing investment summaries, pitches, and reports for client presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, finance, real estate, or economics)
  • Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, capital markets, or institutional finance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex transactions clearly
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; familiarity with commercial real estate databases is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
