Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential creative performance marketing agency in their search for an Email Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team that focuses on driving measurable results for purpose-driven brands.

This role is for someone who understands that email design goes beyond aesthetics—it's about creating visually compelling, conversion-focused creative that drives action. The work is rooted in performance marketing, with success measured by engagement, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact. You'll combine strong visual instincts with strategic thinking, understanding how hierarchy, messaging, and design systems work together to create high-performing email experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling and on-brand email designs for a variety of clients across different industries
• Collaborate with the email team to understand client objectives and translate them into impactful design concepts
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge email designs
• Work closely with copywriters to integrate text and visuals seamlessly in email campaigns
• Design SMS sends that complement the email program
• Ensure quality assurance by reviewing creative deliverables before they are sent through internal review

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing email design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop
• Proficiency in Figma is a plus
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Prior experience in an agency setting is preferred
• Passion for thoughtful, effective design that drives measurable performance
• Ability to be adaptable, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
