Feedback Synthesis Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $120/hr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Feedback Synthesis Specialist for a fully remote contract role. Our client is at the forefront of AI model development and requires experienced professionals to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs across various business documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to guide AI model improvement
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain consistency and quality across datasets
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of AI model performance

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in user research, customer research, or feedback synthesis
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular expertise in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
