Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking an apprentice IT systems specialist starting August 2027. During your training, you will work hands-on from day one, supporting daily IT operations and contributing to real projects. You will help ensure that systems run reliably and securely across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining workstations, notebooks, and end-user devices
• Learning how Windows and Linux systems, networks, and IT infrastructure operate
• Installing and maintaining hardware and software while systematically analyzing technical issues
• Processing support requests through a ticketing system and developing technical solutions
• Implementing IT security standards and data protection measures in day-to-day operations
• Testing, deploying, and documenting new technologies

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will rotate through multiple technical departments including IT operations, voice and data engineering, data center management, security, and consulting. This comprehensive exposure will help you understand how IT, business units, and customers collaborate successfully.

• Fachoberschulreife, Fachhochschulreife, or Abitur (secondary school qualification)
• Enthusiasm for IT, computers, networks, and emerging technologies
• Enjoyment in analyzing technical problems and developing solutions

• Curiosity about new technologies and motivation for personal development
