Mobility Founding Engineer (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology venture backed by accomplished serial entrepreneurs. Our client is launching a greenfield mobility initiative and needs an exceptional founding engineer to build core systems from the ground up. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute 0-to-1 product development in the mobility domain
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable technical solutions without corporate bureaucracy or approval layers
• Drive critical engineering milestones to position the initiative for rapid growth and institutional backing
• Report directly to the department founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to remote arrangements
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in mobility or related technical fields
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects
• Track record building systems from 0 to 1, ideally in early-stage or startup environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort operating with complete autonomy and minimal process
