Inventory & Logistics Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization with a strong international footprint. Our talent team is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end supply chain and inventory operations. This is a full-time remote role based in Serbia, combining freight management, Amazon FBA coordination, inventory forecasting, and reverse logistics to ensure smooth operations across all sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Freight & Supply Chain Management: Manage end-to-end order placement with factories and track progress through completion. Request, negotiate, and select optimal quotes from freight forwarders. Design ideal loading configurations for shipping containers based on product dimensions to maximize space and reduce costs. Oversee loading through active communication with factories and freight partners. Track global shipments and proactively flag potential delays.
• Amazon FBA & E-commerce Operations: Create and manage Amazon Shipments using simulation tools to target the most cost-effective warehouses. Oversee receiving of units at Amazon fulfillment centers and partner 3PL warehouses. Perform thorough reconciliation for all inbound shipments and file claims for missing units. Coordinate Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) orders for Last Mile transport.
• Inventory Forecasting & Management: Continuously monitor inventory levels across all sales channels to prevent overstocking or out-of-stock situations. Forecast inventory movements and project OOS dates at the SKU level to plan factory order quantities accurately.
• Reverse Logistics & Returns Management: Create and manage Amazon removal orders for customer returns. Arrange transport from Amazon to 3PL/processing facilities. Oversee de-kitting, inspection, and sorting of damaged units.

Scale of Operations: Approximately 8 container shipments per month, 10 LTL orders per week, and 6 factory orders per year.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or Amazon inventory management
• Proven ability to manage complex shipments and multi-stage fulfillment workflows across international markets
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA processes and multi-channel e-commerce operations
• Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, FBA placement optimization, inbound reconciliation, and removal/disposal orders
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (such as SoStocked, RestockPro, Cin7, or Skubana)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for SKU-level forecasting and run-rate models
• Familiarity with container load planning software, freight platforms, warehouse management systems, and reverse logistics workflows
• Advanced analytical mindset with ability to build and interpret detailed SKU-level forecasting and inventory models
• Practical experience coordinating international freight, container shipments, and 3PL operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
