Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology venture in search of a Quantum Computing Founding Engineer to join a new initiative backed by accomplished serial entrepreneurs. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Our client is building cutting-edge systems in emerging technology domains with complete focus on rapid validation and scalable traction. You'll work directly with the department founder and a world-class team of engineers and researchers, architecting solutions from 0 to 1 without corporate bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in quantum computing and related domains
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps
• Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production systems
• Architect scalable technical solutions positioned for institutional backing and potential spin-off
• Drive critical technical milestones to achieve strong market validation

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocation/remote arrangements)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in quantum computing or adjacent fields
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives
• Experience building systems from scratch in fast-paced, 0-to-1 environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work autonomously and drive strategy without layers of approval
