We are seeking a Growth Support Coordinator to join their team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, values personal development, and thrives in an autonomous work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client communications and respond to enquiries across multiple channels
• Support a consistent and positive client experience through email, messaging platforms, and online sessions
• Maintain accurate client records and manage scheduling for calls and follow-ups
• Provide technical guidance to help clients navigate online tools and educational resources
• Organize digital materials and prepare session summaries and program updates
• Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and improve support processes

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and listen actively
• Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, administration, education, or similar client-facing roles
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Confidence using online platforms including email, video conferencing, and shared documents
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adaptability to learn new systems
• Genuine interest in personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning
• Must be legally authorized to work in New Zealand or Australia
• Reliable internet access and comfort working autonomously
• This role is not suitable for students
