About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential legal technology company seeking an Account Executive for the French SMB market in Paris. This is a rare opportunity to join a commercial team in its earliest stages, selling a demonstrably innovative product in a market hungry for transformation.

You'll be converting qualified pipeline, running compelling demonstrations, and closing deals in a space where prospects are actively seeking solutions but haven't yet seen anything like what our client offers. The sales cycle is fast, the product sells itself in demos, and you'll be building the playbook alongside a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of qualified leads from SDR/BDR teams and guide prospects through the full sales cycle to signature
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations that translate prospect pain points into clear value
• Negotiate terms and close deals independently
• Track and hit key metrics: ARR targets, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, cycle length, discount management, and accurate forecasting
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene with up-to-date pipeline, detailed notes, and reliable forecasts
• Collaborate closely with SDR/BDR colleagues on lead quality, targeting adjustments, and messaging refinement
• Surface market insights and customer feedback to inform product development

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or senior BDR ready to step up
• Strong consultative selling skills: needs analysis, demo delivery, and conversation management
• Proven closing ability with a track record of hitting targets, managing negotiations, and resilience in follow-up
• Ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent short-cycle deals
• Coachable mindset: you respond well to direct feedback, learn quickly, and adapt
• Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator
• Native French speaker with fluent English (French-speaking customer base, international internal teams)
• Interest in the legal sector is a plus but not required; experience in professional services is valued

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €55,000 base + €30,000 variable (uncapped), for an on-target earnings of €85,000. Equity and benefits including health insurance, meal vouchers, and wellness access are provided by the client.
