Senior Project Manager – Audio Visual Major Projects

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential audiovisual integration firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major AV installations across London and the surrounding region. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working arrangements. You'll join an established PMO function delivering complex integration projects for enterprise clients, managing commercial obligations, site teams, and client relationships from kick-off through close-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AV integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage all commercial and contractual obligations across your project portfolio
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Communicate project status and progress to internal stakeholders and clients
• Coordinate in-house and subcontracted labour, including scheduling and staffing decisions
• Oversee site managers, installers, commissioning leads, and programmers to maintain schedule adherence
• Ensure completion of final documentation packages (O&M manuals, record information packs, etc.) and timely contract close-out
• Forecast invoicing and work effort throughout your portfolio
• Travel to project and customer sites as required
• Chair coordination meetings and lead AV activities throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience delivering main contractor-led projects in audiovisual integration
• Proven technical knowledge of AV systems and integration methodologies—this is essential
• Strong ability to interface with clients and internal teams, leading subordinate staff effectively
• Confident presenter capable of chairing multi-stakeholder meetings
• Demonstrated capability managing multiple projects of varying value and complexity simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and planning discipline
• Proficiency creating and managing schedules, reports, financial forecasts, and budgets
• Experience with Procore and ServiceNow platforms is desirable but not required (training provided)
• Prince2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification is desirable
• Based in or able to commute to London or Sunbury-upon-Thames for hybrid working

Pay
