About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization that delivers virtual care to Medicare and Medicaid populations across the United States. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner licensed in Georgia to conduct telehealth visits on a flexible, remote basis.
This is a 1099 contractor role with strong daily earning potential and the ability to set your own schedule while working entirely from home.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments via telehealth platforms
- Document risk adjustment coding during patient visits
- Close care gaps during virtual consultations
- Review medical history, medications, and preventive care needs with patients
- Document visits using ICD-10 and CPT II codes
- Deliver clear care plans and follow-up guidance to patients
- Maintain accurate visit documentation for quality programs
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
- 1+ years of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience
- Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid populations
- Familiarity with HEDIS and risk adjustment workflows
- Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment required
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Minimum availability of 24 hours per week
Preferred qualifications:
- Value-based care model experience
- Annual Wellness Visit experience
- HCC risk adjustment documentation experience

Pay
