About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential data consulting organization seeking 2026 Active Duty US Military personnel for a SkillBridge transition program. This is an exceptional opportunity for service members preparing to transition into civilian technology careers.
This program is designed exclusively for eligible SkillBridge participants who will complete a structured onboarding experience alongside Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, and Data Scientists. The training prepares you for client-facing consulting work in data and analytics solutions.
Eligibility: Active Duty US Military personnel authorized for SkillBridge participation. Examples include Navy 3211E, USMC MOS 8051, Army FA49, Air Force 15A AFSC, or service equivalents with relevant technical training.
Location: Remote within the United States
Employment Type: Full-time (following SkillBridge completion)
Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program combining instructor-led sessions, mock projects, asynchronous content, and client-facing work
- Engage quickly with team members to integrate into the consulting community
- Develop skills through hands-on training focused on translating technical concepts into business solutions
- Achieve industry certifications in enterprise data platforms and AI technologies
- Prepare for project-based consulting engagements with clients ranging from large enterprises to startups
- Build proficiency in programming, data literacy, client interaction, and solution delivery
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent military technical training
- Completed Master's-level coursework or equivalent experience in machine learning, optimization, databases, data visualization, or application development
- Required competency in Python for data manipulation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to high-level stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently and leading projects or initiatives
- Collaborative mindset with desire to solve real business problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write efficient, optimized code and deliver solutions from concept through deployment
