Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization serving the manufacturing sector. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting. You'll engage net-new manufacturing companies via calls, email, and LinkedIn to identify operational challenges and production inefficiencies. Your core responsibilities include qualifying opportunities based on pain points, fit, and urgency, then booking high-quality demos for Account Executives. You'll partner closely with the sales team to progress deals, maintain organized pipeline tracking in the CRM, and continuously refine your messaging through coaching and performance data.
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks candidates with a strong interest in B2B sales, particularly those with exposure to manufacturing or technology sectors. The ideal candidate has a competitive, results-driven mindset and genuinely cares about hitting targets. You should be a clear communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. We're looking for someone coachable, a fast learner, and comfortable handling rejection as part of the sales process. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high activity volume are essential.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience
- Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products
- Multilingual capabilities (English plus Mandarin, French, Spanish, or Arabic)

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: $60,000–$68,000 CAD per year on-target earnings (OTE), with a 60:40 base-to-commission split. Standard benefits package and two weeks vacation included.
