We are representing a confidential technology venture studio in the clean energy sector. Our client is building cutting-edge initiatives from the ground up and needs an exceptional founding engineer to drive core technical execution. This is a fully remote position based in Germany, open to candidates across Europe and the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 technical initiatives in the clean energy domain
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable technical solutions with complete end-to-end ownership
• Drive critical technical milestones to position the organization for rapid growth and potential institutional backing
• Collaborate directly with the department founder and a team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (remote arrangements available)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in clean energy or related technical fields
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives
• Track record of building systems from zero to production without extensive corporate processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort operating with maximum autonomy and minimal layers of approval
