Junior Personalreferent / HR Generalist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join their team in Kochel. In this role, you will dive directly into day-to-day HR operations and gradually take on responsibility across various personnel areas throughout the entire employee lifecycle:

• Manage the complete recruitment process from creating and posting job advertisements through screening applications to conducting initial interviews
• Oversee HR-related social media channels, create engaging content, and strengthen employer branding initiatives
• Handle HR administration including preparing employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents while maintaining accurate employee master data
• Support monthly payroll preparation activities and assist the team with all preliminary tasks
• Contribute to the design, organization, and follow-up of training and professional development programs
• Participate actively in digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects, bringing fresh ideas to improve HR workflows

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Law, Social Sciences with HR focus, or comparable qualification such as HR specialist certification (Personalfachwirt)
• Initial exposure to HR work through internships, working student positions, or thesis projects is advantageous, though motivated career starters are welcome
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications and interest in modern HR software solutions (ideally P&I Loga)
• Affinity for digital tools and social media with awareness of current trends
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a structured, self-directed work approach
• German language proficiency required for this role
