About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential venture partnership in Ukraine seeking a Motion Designer specializing in AI-generated video for a 4–6 week project engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to work on advertising creatives in the longevity niche, utilizing cutting-edge AI video platforms and preparing content for TikTok and Applovin.
This short-term project offers real impact: your videos will reach thousands of users and directly influence campaign performance. You'll see metrics on your creatives and iterate quickly based on results.
Responsibilities
- Generate AI video content from scratch using platforms like Runway, Pika, or similar tools, with editing and post-production in After Effects
- Create animations including face/body tracking, animated overlays, and subtitles
- Develop end cards and playable ads for Applovin: interactive screenshots or mini-games in HTML, typically starting with static creatives converted to HTML or assembled using Applovin's internal tools
- Adapt video content originally created for Meta platforms to Applovin's 59-second limit, requiring script editing and regeneration of specific segments
- Collaborate with creative marketers in brainstorming sessions and concept development
- Deliver structured, deadline-driven work with daily iterations
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Strong demonstrated experience using AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, or equivalent platforms) — this is the core production method for most deliverables
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with After Effects
- Performance-oriented mindset: understanding of video hooks and retention metrics, and why certain versions perform better than others
- Ability to work systematically, meet tight deadlines, and own projects end-to-end
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work, particularly AI-generated videos (20+ seconds preferred), digital product advertising (apps, subscriptions, services), and any Applovin playables or end cards
- Ukrainian language proficiency
Preferred:
- Experience with Applovin platform: playable ads, end cards, basic HTML knowledge
- Track record creating video content for TikTok or UGC formats
- Sound design skills (voiceover, audio engineering)
