Responsibilities
Our client, a confidential professional services organization in München, is seeking a working student to support their restructuring and insolvency practice. This is a part-time position for 16 hours per week, available immediately on an indefinite contract basis.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with the processing of insolvency proceedings and case administration
- Prepare and track legal correspondence and documents
- Handle general administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintain proper filing systems and document management
- Communicate with process participants via telephone and written correspondence
- Support the team with additional day-to-day operational tasks
What We're Looking For
We are representing our client in their search for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled at a university
- High motivation with strong team collaboration and communication abilities
- Self-starter who works independently and reliably
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn new subject areas
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
