PickMeUp I Werkstudent*in Beratung / Projektmanagement (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing consultancy based in Hamburg seeking a working student to support project coordination and consulting activities. In this role, you will bring structure to complex information, quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, and maintain oversight when multiple projects run in parallel.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team in steering brand activation and shopper marketing projects, keeping track of timings and tasks to ensure structured workflows
• Preparing data and information, diving into topics, and deriving initial assessments and recommendations for action
• Creating and editing presentations with attention to clear, precise, and visually clean communication
• Using AI-supported tools effectively to streamline research, analysis, and content development, while contributing ideas to improve work processes
• Collaborating closely with the project team and supporting communication with internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, psychology, statistics, sociology, or a comparable field
• Prior practical experience through an internship or working student position is desirable
• Enthusiasm for analytical and structured work, even with complex topics
• Meticulous, accurate, and reliable work style
• Interest in project management and consulting, with a willingness to learn new tasks and take on responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office; initial experience with AI tools is a plus
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours during semester breaks by arrangement
