Mona EPCI Director

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential offshore wind organization seeking an exceptional EPCI Director to lead the design, procurement, and construction of a major 1.5 GW offshore wind farm in the UK. This is a senior leadership role with significant accountability for budget, global supply chain management, and a team of experienced package managers.

Our client is a joint venture between two leading energy companies, positioned to become a major force in offshore wind development globally. They operate across multiple continents with a portfolio spanning operational assets and an exciting development pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and successful delivery of all EPCI scope for the offshore wind farm and associated transmission systems according to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Manage design, engineering, certification, procurement, fabrication, installation, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations teams
• Ensure compliance with consent obligations and integrate operational requirements into design and delivery phases
• Maintain integrity of wind farm design and delivery, including integration across all packages
• Prepare CAPEX budgets and optimize energy yield throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop procurement and contracting strategies in collaboration with package managers and the Project Procurement Manager
• Report directly to the Project Director with support from Project Management Office, quality, HSSE, and consenting teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record delivering EPCI scope on large-scale offshore wind projects, including both generation and transmission elements
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a global context
• Experience working within UK HSSE and legislative frameworks
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Evidence of continued professional development throughout your career
• Ability to manage substantial budgets and globally distributed supply chains
