AI Go-live Specialist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential manufacturing technology client seeking an AI Go-live Specialist in Berlin. This is a hybrid role focused on owning customer onboarding outcomes and ensuring smooth deployment of computer vision systems in production environments.

You'll execute structured onboarding cycles, validate data quality from deployed camera systems, document edge cases, and drive continuous improvement of the go-live process. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, quality assurance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding outcomes against defined success metrics and customer KPIs including quality, reliability, and time-to-value
• Execute initial onboarding cycles using internal tools, then iterate to improve quality as new data and edge cases emerge
• Validate input data quality and flag issues early, including camera positioning, occlusion, anonymization requirements, variance, and missing detections
• Detect and document edge cases and process variance; maintain and grow diverse datasets
• Communicate progress, metric movement, and blockers clearly to stakeholders; propose concrete next steps
• Improve the onboarding process continuously through checklists, documentation, templates, and tool enhancement suggestions based on real-world usage
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure camera setups support reliable onboarding and cross-station consistency

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in a structured execution role such as implementation, quality assurance, solutions engineering, operations/industrial engineering, or data operations
• Metrics-minded approach: ability to define success criteria, track performance, and drive iteration until targets are met
• Detail-oriented and reliable with process execution; strong documentation hygiene and no skipped steps
• Fast, concise communicator who escalates early and clearly
• Strong ownership mindset: drive onboarding to completion and continue improving post go-live
• Comfortable with technical systems; machine learning depth not required, but ability to reason about symptoms and system inputs
• Manufacturing or process environment exposure is a strong plus
• Location: Berlin, hybrid work arrangement
