About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization based in Berlin that is transforming digital health solutions. Our talent team is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join their engineering team working on innovative e-health platforms.
This role offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or office-based work arrangements and is available full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using Docker, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Choose your technical focus area: Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, Data Modeling, or Development Tools
- Own components from technical design through development to CI/CD implementation
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Care teams
- Contribute to strategic technical direction and introduce new technologies
- Present technical topics in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops
- Work within an agile development environment with autonomy and decision-making freedom
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree or training in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related natural sciences
- Solid development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in full-stack environments
- Experience with AI technologies
- Proven ability to work effectively in large code repositories
- Structured, goal-oriented working style with strong quality awareness
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in agile settings
- Industry knowledge in e-health, medical technology, or physician information systems is highly desirable
- Ability to quickly learn and independently master new technical content
- Very good German and English language proficiency
