Inside Sales – Account Manager (Bilingual) *open to residents of AZ, NV, UT

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Account Manager. This remote position is open to residents of Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who excels in client relationship management and territory development. You will manage existing accounts while growing new business within your assigned territory, conducting training sessions, and serving as a trusted advisor to business clients. Candidates with backgrounds in high-volume, customer-focused sales environments often excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Host training sessions for clients and their staff in both English and Spanish
• Develop and maintain business relationships within your assigned territory
• Work strategically with management to drive client sales and engagement
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when appropriate
• Stay informed of competition and industry trends
• Use relationship management techniques to build client loyalty
• Log all interactions effectively using CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required for business communication)
• 1-2 years of experience in customer success management, account management, account executive, business development, or inside/outside sales roles
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Proven track record in sales, client satisfaction, and teamwork
• Strong phone presence with ability to meet call volume requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work remotely with required technical setup
• Experience with tele-prospecting, virtual presentations, and B2B sales is a plus
• Ability to work 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday

Pay

The client offers an hourly rate of $23-$25 plus monthly commission.
