About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential education technology organization that is pioneering a new approach to AI-powered product development. Our client is seeking participants for an innovative training program that transforms digital professionals into AI Product Builders—without requiring prior programming experience.
This is a fully remote, part-time bootcamp designed for working professionals in Munich and across Germany. The program runs for 26 sessions across six progressive modules, taking you from initial concept to a fully deployed AI product you can showcase in your portfolio.
For eligible candidates, this training may be fully funded through Bildungsgutschein from Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. Our talent team will support you through the application process.
What You'll Learn
- Creative Foundations: Transform product thinking into actionable prototypes using AI as a creative partner. Identify user needs and develop viable concepts—your first prototype comes at the end of module one.
- Technical Foundations: Master essential technical concepts including data structures, APIs, command line operations, Git, GitHub, deployment, and hosting. Gain enough technical knowledge to understand what AI builds for you and deploy your applications live.
- Prompt Engineering: Learn the core craft across five dedicated sessions. Master prompt design patterns, build multi-stage prompt chains, and debug systematically. Progress from basic prompting to "Prompt to Prototype" with your own features.
- System Flow & Automation: Automate workflows, connect no-code tools, integrate LLMs with custom data, and maintain control through orchestration and monitoring.
- Agentic AI Engineering: Design AI product architectures, build and orchestrate multi-agent systems, test prototypes, and evaluate quality, ethics, and responsibility. Present and position your final product to a live audience.
What We're Looking For
- Background in a digital role such as Product Management, Marketing, Design, Operations, Sales, Consulting, Data, or Project Management
- No prior professional software development experience required (if you are already a software developer, a different program would be more appropriate)
- Tech-savvy mindset: you experiment with new tools proactively. Experience with ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or other no-code builders is valuable but not mandatory
- Drive to test your own ideas without waiting for development resources
- Resilience when solutions don't work immediately—systematic debugging is part of the craft, even with AI
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to empathize with users and stakeholders
- Willingness to engage with rapidly evolving topics like agentic AI and multi-agent systems
- German language proficiency at B2 level; English for tools and documentation
Program Benefits
- 100% remote delivery, designed for part-time participation alongside current employment
- Potential full funding through Bildungsgutschein—we provide application support
- Dedicated personal mentor throughout the entire program
- Work in simulated product teams that mirror real workplace environments
- Build a portfolio with a live, deployed AI product you can demonstrate to employers—not just a certificate
- Integrated career coaching covering the AI Product Builder role, positioning strategies, and career pathways
- Access to hiring network with introductions to potential employers during training
- Full course materials and community access upon completion
