About This Role
We are representing a confidential client in the digital marketing education space who needs a GoHighLevel Specialist to provide technical support and guidance to their community members. This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in Brazil or elsewhere in Latin America.
You'll be the go-to expert helping sub-account owners navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and get the most out of their GoHighLevel setups. Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on camera are essential—you'll be hosting support calls and maintaining direct relationships with users.
Responsibilities
- Host live support calls and training sessions for students and sub-account owners
- Answer technical questions about GoHighLevel features, automations, marketing campaigns, and integrations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through solutions
- Maintain rapid response times in Slack (5–10 minutes during working hours)
- Reduce support complaints and maintain low churn through excellent service
- Document common issues and create helpful resources for the community
- Collaborate with the team to improve the overall student experience
What We're Looking For
Required Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel, including automations, marketing campaigns, and integrations
- Proactive problem-solving ability—you anticipate issues and jump in without being asked
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Comfortable speaking on camera during video calls and recordings
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Proven ability to deliver timely, professional client support
Preferred:
- GoHighLevel certifications
- Familiarity with Skool or similar community platforms
Schedule & Location:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
- Remote (must be based in Brazil or Latin America)
- 40 hours per week

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: $1,200 – $1,500 USD per month, paid biweekly via Wise.
