Enterprise GTM Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise software company that is building AI-powered workflow orchestration technology for complex business operations. Our client enables large organizations to combine human expertise with intelligent automation at scale.

As an Enterprise GTM Associate, you'll work directly with senior leadership across the entire revenue cycle—from pipeline generation and prospecting through deal execution and customer implementation. This is a high-impact, early-career role with exceptional exposure to enterprise sales, marketing, and strategy.

Responsibilities

Your work will span multiple GTM functions depending on business priorities. You may focus on several of these areas:

Pipeline Development & Prospecting

• Execute prospecting campaigns alongside founders and account executives, including referral and warm-introduction programs
• Research and prioritize target accounts within Fortune 500 and large enterprise segments
• Represent our client at industry events and convert relationships into qualified opportunities

Deal Execution & Sales Support

• Own follow-ups and coordination that keep active enterprise deals moving forward
• Support senior sellers in building pitches, demos, and customer presentations
• Conduct strategic account research and meeting preparation
• Participate in customer implementations to understand product deployment and post-sale success factors

Marketing & Content Execution

• Manage event strategy: selecting events, coordinating attendance, and executing follow-up to generate meetings
• Create and maintain sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
• Project manage video production and customer content creation with external vendors
• Write content including blog posts, customer stories, and social media

Revenue Operations & Strategy

• Build systems for tracking pipeline health, conversion metrics, and GTM activity
• Evaluate and execute special projects with revenue leadership as priorities evolve
• Support strategic GTM initiatives from planning through implementation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, GTM, consulting, finance, or strategy roles with demonstrated ownership and execution
• Versatile professional who thrives moving between analytical work and hands-on execution
• Technical fluency or ability to quickly learn complex software—you'll need to demo the platform and explain technical workflows to enterprise buyers
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with comfort operating in ambiguous environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with excellent project management capabilities
• Natural relationship-builder who maintains poise in client interactions and professional events
• Genuine interest in enterprise technology, AI, process optimization, and large-organization operations

Preferred Experience

• Pipeline generation through events, partnerships, referrals, or targeted outbound programs
• Working with enterprise sales cycles or complex organizational environments
• CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and revenue reporting
• Customer service operations, contact centers, or business process workflows

Compensation

This is a salary-based role (not variable commission structure) because the highest-leverage activities change based on business needs. You will own measurable targets and work directly with senior revenue leadership.

The role offers base salary of $75,000–$95,000 annually, meaningful equity participation, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation depends on skills and experience.
