AI Automation and Workflow Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction organization seeking an AI Automation and Workflow Specialist based in the Philippines. Our client is investing in AI-driven process improvements across their business operations and needs someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and practical automation solutions.

This work-from-home role will focus on implementing Microsoft 365 AI tools, documenting workflows, and training teams on new AI-assisted processes. You'll start by supporting accounting and office workflows, then expand into project management, communications, and field operations as the AI strategy evolves.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
Location: Philippines (remote)
Holidays: U.S. holiday schedule

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, testing, documentation, and rollout of AI-assisted workflows across the organization
• Develop and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions based on business requirements
• Design, test, and improve AI-assisted workflows and automations to enhance operational efficiency
• Create SOPs, user guides, prompts, instructions, and training materials for AI-assisted processes
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes across accounting, project management, and office functions
• Develop role-specific AI solutions, agents, and knowledge resources for different teams
• Organize and structure company knowledge using SharePoint and other Microsoft tools
• Coordinate with leadership and external technical partners on workflow, integration, or system changes
• Support AI integration for project setup, documentation, communications, scheduling, reporting, and administration
• Implement AI use cases including project record creation, information extraction, folder organization, notice distribution, email communications, meeting summaries, and action item tracking
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, field documentation, and project closeout activities using AI tools
• Train superintendents, project managers, and office staff on newly implemented AI tools and workflows
• Provide ongoing maintenance, improvements, and support for AI solutions after implementation
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and recommend technologies that may benefit the organization

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or business process automation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and familiarity with tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dataverse
• Strong understanding of workflow and process design
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI or automation solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to train users and explain technical concepts in practical, accessible terms
• Willingness to work with evolving technologies and learn new AI platforms

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or Power Apps
• Experience with SharePoint or Dataverse
• Experience in knowledge management or centralized knowledge systems
• Experience building AI agents, bots, or AI-powered business workflows
• Experience in construction, project management, or operational environments
