About This Opportunity

We are representing a dynamic digital marketing and communications organization based in München. Our talent team is seeking a creative and strategic (Senior) Social Media Manager to lead content development across multiple platforms for both internal channels and client accounts.

This role offers the opportunity to shape social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, creating content that drives genuine engagement and builds lasting connections with audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce compelling content in text, image, and video formats tailored to specific platforms and target audiences
• Create comprehensive content strategies and maintain structured editorial calendars
• Manage community engagement by actively interacting with followers and monitoring engagement metrics
• Analyze campaign performance, derive optimization insights, and propose new content formats
• Collaborate closely with graphic design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication
• Oversee multichannel planning, execution, and analysis using industry-standard tools

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally within an agency or project-based environment
• Strong proficiency across major platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Demonstrated capability in content production across text, visual, and video formats
• Experience with multichannel campaign management tools for planning, execution, and analysis
• Knowledge of performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics platforms
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Senior-level candidates should bring additional strategic leadership experience
