About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for an experienced Group Product Manager to join their London-based team. This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of a fast-growing embedded investment platform that serves ambitious financial services firms across the UK and Europe.

You'll lead multiple Product Managers across several squads, setting direction for core platform capabilities that power investment propositions for nearly a million end users. This role requires deep customer empathy, strong people leadership, and the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution in a regulated environment.

Location: Hybrid - two days per week in London, with quarterly travel to other UK offices

Responsibilities

  • Set vision and strategy for your domain area, shaping product direction 6-18 months ahead
  • Build and maintain clear roadmaps that balance short-term delivery with long-term platform impact
  • Lead, coach and develop Product Managers, helping them prioritize effectively and deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Develop strong relationships with advisers, developers and client firms to deeply understand their workflows and pain points
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, compliant platform capabilities
  • Drive alignment across multiple squads, ensuring shared context and cross-functional collaboration
  • Champion customer-centric decisions through continuous discovery, data-driven insights and tight feedback loops
  • Collaborate with commercial, operations, support and compliance teams to balance customer needs with business opportunities
  • Promote operational excellence and improve processes that impact customer experience and efficiency
  • Work as one product leadership team with other Group Product Managers to shape the end-to-end platform roadmap

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading multiple squads or teams within high-growth, API-first, fintech, or regulated environments
  • Previous people management experience - you've coached and mentored product managers to excel
  • Strategic thinking ability, balancing long-term vision with practical execution
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of how product decisions impact business growth
  • Track record of building deep customer relationships and acting as their advocate internally
  • Demonstrated success improving processes and driving operational efficiencies
  • Experience working closely with engineering leadership in a strong product-engineering partnership
  • Comfort thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and using data to drive decisions
  • Personal experience as an investor and familiarity with investment platforms
  • Ability to take ownership and shape your own progression without requiring top-down direction
  • Strong follow-through on ideas and commitments
  • Adaptability and comfort with change in a rapidly growing business

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £110,000 - £120,000, dependent on experience and reviewed annually.
