The Opportunity

The Westin Desert Willow Villas seeks a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our full-time team. In this role, you'll create memorable guest experiences, manage key operations, and represent our commitment to service excellence. Working on-site at our Palm Desert location, you'll be essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Core Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and process check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records, manage the front desk system, and follow property protocols
• Monitor the lobby, ensure a clean and welcoming environment, and assist guests as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hospitality or similar professional setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and guest information
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and positive attitude
