As a Loan Sales Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking financing. You'll assess their financial situations, explain loan products transparently, and guide borrowers through application and approval. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand customer financial circumstances and borrowing objectives
• Present available loan products, detailing terms, rates, conditions, and eligibility criteria
• Complete loan applications accurately and gather required documentation from applicants
• Explain repayment structures and answer questions throughout the customer journey
• Follow up proactively with prospects to address concerns and advance applications toward closing
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and transaction status
• Build a customer base and work toward consistent sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay informed about new loan offerings, competitive products, and industry developments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; college education or finance coursework preferred
• Demonstrated sales experience in financial services, lending, or related customer-facing field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial concepts
• Comfortable working independently while meeting accountability standards and reporting requirements
• Genuine interest in learning lending products, underwriting fundamentals, and compliance practices
• Proficiency with computers, standard office software, and CRM systems
• Strong ethics and commitment to fair, honest customer interactions
• Available to work full-time during business hours at our Cuyahoga Falls location
