IFS Training and Application Analyst EMEA

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare distribution organization with significant European operations. We are seeking an experienced IFS Training and Application Analyst to join their EMEA team based in Italy. This position plays a critical role in designing and delivering training materials for a global IFS Cloud platform while supporting system configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work primarily with ClickLearn, a cloud-based training platform, to create documentation, eForms, workflows, and guided learning experiences for end users across multiple regions. The role combines training development, system administration, data analysis, and light configuration work—ideal for a professional who enjoys both instructional design and technical system support.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training manuals, process documentation, and learning materials using ClickLearn based on IFS Cloud workflows
• Develop role-specific training content in multiple formats, including live in-application guidance
• Administer the ClickLearn platform: manage users, maintain content libraries, and support other content creators
• Build simple workflows, eForms, quick reports, and custom fields within IFS Cloud to support evolving business requirements
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to end users, acting as a change agent to drive system adoption
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and manage configuration-related test scenarios
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Service Management modules
• Assist with dashboard and KPI development using SQL queries and Power BI
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify usage patterns, training gaps, and configuration opportunities
• Participate in platform upgrades, new module rollouts, and system enhancements
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IFS support and external partners as needed
• Stay current with IFS Cloud updates, features, and best practices

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Hands-on experience using ClickLearn to create, update, and distribute learning materials in multiple formats
• Experience supporting configuration and development of process flows in core business systems; IFS Cloud experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of data structures and data relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Fluent written and spoken English

Desired:

• Experience maintaining and administering ClickLearn materials and user access
• Understanding of field service workflows, dispatching, and mobile operations
• IFS Cloud certification or equivalent credentials
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
