We are representing a confidential robotics technology company seeking a Marketing Intern / Working Student to join their team in Dresden. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, event coordination, and content support within an innovative tech environment.

You'll be the person who helps bring marketing projects and events from concept to completion—coordinating timelines, stakeholders, materials, and every practical detail that keeps initiatives moving forward. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives on getting things done, and brings energy and initiative to every task.

Responsibilities

• Support trade fairs, partner events, customer events, and internal formats including logistics, materials preparation, scheduling, and onsite coordination
• Assist in creating and publishing content across LinkedIn and other marketing channels
• Conduct research on relevant topics, events, partners, and opportunities
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams as you develop in the role
• Proactively identify what needs doing and take action to complete tasks
• Coordinate various marketing activities including travel and accommodation bookings
• Handle last-minute adjustments and problem-solving as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, business administration, event management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work reliably and independently
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to bring structure to multiple parallel projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Professional fluency in both German and English
• High energy, can-do attitude, and genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Willingness to embrace tasks of all sizes
• Based in Dresden or nearby with ability to work regularly from the office
• Previous practical experience through internships, working-student positions, student initiatives, or personal projects is a strong plus
• Interest in robotics, software, industrial automation, or Physical AI is valued
