Senior Client Services Project Manager – 2nd shift

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services technology organization seeking a Senior Client Services Project Manager to join their team on a 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 2:15pm–11:30pm Pacific Standard Time). This is a remote position based in the United States.

Our client is a leader in regulatory disclosure and communications technology, serving financial, legal, and capital markets clients. As the primary point of contact for disclosure document projects, you'll manage executive-level relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all disclosure document needs
• Manage overall project oversight for multiple clients simultaneously
• Lead or assist in the preparation of regulatory disclosure documents
• Nurture and develop effective executive-level client relationships
• Participate actively in client meetings, presentations, and onboarding sessions
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments including consulting, product support, IT, and sales
• Drive initiatives as an internal change agent while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely resolution to client inquiries through direct execution or appropriate escalation
• Document all activities and resolutions using internal workflow tools
• Maintain proper and detailed documentation for job tracking and billing purposes
• Work overtime hours as required to meet client deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in a client service environment
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with a track record of service excellence
• Ability to connect and engage with high-level clientele and internal stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and formal communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing conditions, regulations, and technology
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with project oversight, multitasking, and leading teams through high-pressure situations
• Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong financial services industry knowledge including understanding of document types, purpose, and application
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of transaction and compliance services, accounting, XBRL, and SaaS tools
• Ability to work productively both independently and collaboratively in team environments

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be competitive and commensurate with experience, within the range of $40–$55 per hour.
