About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential insurance organization in their search for a Producer Development Coordinator. This role is central to our client's sales growth strategy, supporting high-performing early-career producers through a structured development program. You'll work cross-functionally with senior leadership and program participants to deliver a best-in-class professional development experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all operational aspects of a multi-year sales acceleration program, ensuring smooth execution of program design and content delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their development journey
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for both in-person and virtual program components, including workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to organize and deliver relevant content aligned with program objectives
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including participant records, training materials, progress tracking, and reporting dashboards
- Assist with program participant selection, onboarding, and integration processes
- Gather participant feedback, monitor progress, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Coordinate program communications to keep participants and stakeholders informed and engaged
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for leadership summarizing program performance, milestones, and participant success metrics
- Support other sales enablement, talent development, and producer onboarding initiatives as needed
- Travel 5+ times per year for program events and activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, talent management, or related areas
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities for working with employees at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to supporting professional development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure success and recommend improvements based on data and feedback
- Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus but not required
