Product Manager – 4 Day Week + Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction technology organization that is transforming how complex projects are delivered. Our client has built a platform that bridges the gap between field operations and commercial leadership, turning real-time site information into structured data that protects margins and enables confident decision-making.

As a Product Manager, you will own a core area of the platform end-to-end, from customer problem through to measurable business outcomes. You will be accountable for real adoption and concrete results, not feature lists. This role offers remote work and a four-day work week, based in Poland or Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome: Take full accountability for a product area—the problem, strategy, roadmap, and results. Define success in customer and commercial terms and measure whether you achieve it.
• Get close to the problem: Spend meaningful time on live projects, both on-site and in commercial meetings. Build deep understanding of how projects actually run and use that insight to make sharp prioritization decisions.
• Ship AI that works in the real world: Take AI features from concept to production in an environment where errors have consequences. Design human-in-the-loop workflows where stakes demand it, set quality standards, and ensure outputs are reliable.
• Drive the roadmap: Sequence work into cycles, make hard prioritization calls, and communicate decisions clearly across engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Say no often and well.
• Develop product craft: Raise the bar for product thinking, give and receive candid feedback, and help build a world-class product function as the organization scales.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end-to-end with a track record of driving business outcomes for customers
• Understanding of enterprise realities: long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, procurement, security, and organizational adoption challenges
• Real hands-on proficiency with AI—you've shipped or prototyped AI-powered features and understand LLM capabilities, retrieval, grounding, evaluation, hallucination risk, and cost/latency trade-offs
• Ability to design for vastly different user contexts: field users with limited connectivity and time, and senior leaders who need defensible data for critical decisions
• Clear, compelling communication skills—you can simplify complex arguments, write crisp strategy documents, and build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
• Ownership mindset—you make decisions with incomplete information and take accountability for outcomes
• Data rigor balanced with intuition—you can spot opportunities others miss and measure whether they worked

Nice to Have:

• Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, logistics, or field services
• Background with mobile-first or field-facing products used in challenging physical conditions
• Familiarity with commercial workflows, contracts, change control, claims, or cost management
• Experience taking products to market alongside sales and marketing teams
• Early leadership or mentoring experience with other product managers
• Track record scaling a product from early traction to a genuine platform
