Werkstudent (m/w/d) Business Administration Schwerpunkt AI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B services organization in Nuremberg that is building its AI Center of Excellence. As a working student in Business Administration with an AI focus, you will:

• Support AI Business Case Analysts in identifying, analyzing, and developing economically relevant AI use cases into robust business cases
• Analyze processes across sales, customer operations, and internal business areas, developing ideas for automation and optimization alongside existing teams
• Help evaluate and prioritize AI potential by making the economic benefits of AI solutions measurable and creating well-founded decision documents for new project prioritization
• Support the creation of management reports, business cases, KPI models, and management documentation for current and planned AI initiatives
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers and business departments as part of a newly established AI Center of Excellence, gaining comprehensive insight into modern AI solution development and implementation

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate who brings:

• Current enrollment in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Digital Business, or a comparable degree program with an AI focus
• Enthusiasm for the business applications of AI and a desire to learn how to create solid business cases; ideally, you have already contributed to business case development
• Entrepreneurial thinking with enjoyment in analyzing relationships, evaluating data, and structuring solutions; first experience with data analysis, business intelligence, controlling, process management, or KPI governance is ideal
• Desire to gain practical experience in an innovative environment with regular on-site work in Nuremberg (2 days per week)
• Structured work approach and strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) with the ability to present complex relationships clearly

Pay

This position offers €1,000 per month for a planned 2-day per week commitment. Additional benefits at the client may include study subsidies for private universities (up to €400 monthly), employee discounts, and annual benefit card subsidies up to €150.
