About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking an intern for their Berlin team. Our client operates in a growth-oriented sector of the finance industry, specializing in personalized wealth planning and client advisory services for professionals and private clients.

This internship offers genuine hands-on experience in financial consulting, with direct mentorship from experienced advisors. You'll gain practical exposure to client relationship management, business development, and financial planning—not just observational shadowing. Strong performers may be considered for a permanent trainee position after the initial four-week period.

Responsibilities

• Support client meeting preparation and follow-up activities
• Assist with new client acquisition efforts and outreach campaigns
• Contribute to building strategic partnerships and professional networks
• Conduct client profile analysis to support personalized advisory work
• Participate in developing customized financial concepts for clients
• Help maintain ongoing client relationships and after-sales service

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in university studies (business or economics background helpful but not required) or in a career exploration phase
• Genuine interest in financial topics and client communication
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sales is beneficial but not mandatory—full training provided
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with a desire for personal development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• German language proficiency required for client interactions
