Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce services organization in Stuttgart seeking an Online Marketing Manager. In this role, you will manage advertising budgets for multiple clients, focusing on maximizing visibility and return on investment through strategic campaign management and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEA strategies in close collaboration with account management teams to maximize advertising potential on major marketplace platforms
• Conduct keyword research and perform on-page and off-page analyses to continuously improve campaign performance
• Optimize campaigns through ongoing monitoring and adjustment to achieve the best possible results within allocated budgets
• Analyze campaign data using analytics tools and derive concrete actions to improve performance metrics
• Build and maintain regular reporting to transparently document campaign results and successes for clients
• Manage seller central platforms for campaign oversight and control
• Adjust and optimize PPC pricing based on predetermined strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI
• Position products in desired advertising placements to enhance visibility

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an E-Commerce specialist or in a similar field
• Self-directed working style with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and independently
• Quick learner who can rapidly familiarize themselves with new subject areas and understand complex relationships
• Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Analytical mindset with a pronounced understanding of numbers and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Structured communication approach, both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating professional campaign analyses and presentations
